They are usually a maximum of a week long and we consistently look for 50% improvements in what are the key performance indicators (kip) Daily Management is the dynamic method of monitors the kips while ensuring that the agreed improvements to drive changes are implemented. We can work with your operations team to make sure that they watch the basics while also drive the improvement needed.
